This role supports multiple departments or retail locations, assisting leaders with HR issues and implementing services, policies, and programs that foster a high-performance, employee-oriented culture. Recruitment & Staffing - Lead hiring efforts for multiple locations, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Performance Management - Support managers in goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluations. HR Systems - Proficient in HRIS platforms for employee data management and reporting. Talent Management & Succession Planning - Assist in identifying high-potential talent and future leaders. Compliance & Employment Law - Ensure HR policies align with federal, state, and local employment laws. Safety & Employee Well-being - Promote a safe work environment and employee wellness initiatives. Organizational Skills - Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Competencies & Skills Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
