In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing all of their queries. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help may make you the perfect fit for this role. This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $2000 per month, with total earning potential up to $80,000 annually through commission and bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals in Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance.
• Follow up on leads with urgency and professionalism.
• Cross-sell and identify opportunities to maximize client protection.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while growing your personal book of business.
Requirements
- A Property Casualty insurance license is required.
- Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
