Territory Manager

Our client is a growing vascular care organization seeking a territory manager to develop referral relationships in queens. This role is focused on educating referring providers and generating patient referrals for peripheral arterial disease treatment. The primary call points will include podiatry, primary care, internal medicine, endocrinology, and other related physician offices and community-based providers. This is a field-based referral development role that requires consistent in-person relationship building, territory planning, follow-up, and the ability to communicate the value of specialized pad care to providers who see at-risk patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a medical sales or healthcare referral-development professional who understands physician office selling and knows how to build trust with providers and staff over time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of successful outside sales, medical sales, healthcare sales, or physician referral-development experience.
• Experience calling on physician offices, specialty practices, or community-based healthcare providers.
• Strong preference for candidates with relationships or experience in podiatry, primary care, internal medicine, endocrinology, vascular, wound care, diabetes care, or related specialties.
• Must be comfortable prospecting, opening new accounts, managing existing referral sources, and consistently growing referral volume.
• Must live in or near queens and be able to cover the territory daily.
• Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills required.

Compensation: $90,000$120,000 depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus opportunity.
