This could be a great fit if you’re an experienced caregiver, CNA, retired teacher, retiree, or someone who has cared for a family member and would enjoy helping others. We welcome applicants who bring patience, good judgment, and a genuine interest in getting to know the people they serve.

What you’ll do

Every client is different. Depending on the care plan and your qualifications, your work may include:

• Providing companionship, conversation, and activities

• Preparing meals and helping with daily routines

• Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments

• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry

• Offering reminders and supporting clients with memory loss

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility when assigned and trained to do so

• Keeping our care team informed about changes or concerns

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to have followed one particular career path to be a wonderful caregiver. We’re looking for someone who:

• Is dependable and arrives when scheduled

• Treats older adults with dignity, warmth, and respect

• Communicates well with clients, families, and our office

• Can follow a care plan and ask questions when something is unclear

• Has reliable transportation to client homes

• Is comfortable with the duties of the shifts they accept

Professional caregiving experience is helpful. Experience caring for a parent, spouse, neighbor, or other family member is valuable, too. Please tell us about it when you apply.
