Speech Language Pathologist

About the Role: Therapy World LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Rock Hill, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients by delivering high-quality, compassionate speech and language therapy services. Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and caregivers Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and home strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Active or eligible South Carolina state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Experience with a diverse patient population across various age groups preferred Strong knowledge of AAC, dysphagia management, and language/articulation disorders Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care About Us: Therapy World LLC is a trusted provider of therapeutic services in the Rock Hill, SC area, committed to helping individuals reach their fullest potential through personalized, evidence-based care.
