We are always looking for qualified: New vehicle sales consultants Used vehicle sales consultants -------------------------------------------- Job Summary The BDC Representative is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in driving dealership sales. This position is responsible for responding to inbound phone calls, internet leads, text messages, and emails, building customer relationships, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up, and a customer-first attitude. BDC representatives help convert inquiries into showroom visits while maintaining accurate customer information in the dealership CRM Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred Valid state-issued driver’s licence and clean driving record are required Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision Summary Rosen Automotive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
