Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues. Complete nightly audits, balance accounts, and prepare financial reports. Maintain accurate records and ensure front desk operations run smoothly overnight. Coordinate with housekeeping and supervise the Night Security Officer. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; hotel front desk experience required; basic accounting, cash handling, and PMS experience preferred.
