Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver direct patient care within a Medical Surgical unit during day shift hours.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes.
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC EMR.
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous RN experience required.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least one prior travel nursing contract completed preferred.
• Experience in a Medical Surgical inpatient setting strongly preferred.
