What You'll Do As the Key Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal engineering, manufacturing, service, and project teams. Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Identify opportunities for additional equipment, aftermarket support, spare parts, and service offerings. Coordinate customer meetings, technical reviews, and business updates. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation as needed. Track account activity, sales opportunities, and customer communications within the CRM system. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and executed. Travel to customer facilities as needed to strengthen relationships and support ongoing projects. Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of satisfaction. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who combines strong communication skills with technical curiosity and a genuine passion for customer success. Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Technical Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Industrial Sales. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, machine tools, or capital equipment is highly preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to build credibility with engineers, purchasing teams, plant leadership, and executive decision-makers.
