Responsibilities- Build quotes, present solutions, and close new business through needs-based selling
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and partner outreach
- Maintain strong client relationships with excellent service
- Follow underwriting and compliance guidelines
- Keep client information accurate in the agency system
- Previous experience in sales or a related role
- Bilingual skills are a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset suited for a sales environment
