Resource Center Specialist - Pioneer Bank

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use a computer keyboard and 10-key calculator
- Ability to relate to customers with empathy and professionalism
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with account-related questions and issues by phone
- Support online and mobile banking services
- Assist with bill pay, debit card, and internet banking solutions
- Process account maintenance requests and related transactions
- Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed
