Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AP/AR/Payroll Coordinator to join our office team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, handling incoming phone calls, and processing financial transactions. If you have experience in an administrative capacity, are proficient in Microsoft Office, and can manage multiple tasks with ease, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Prioritize multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information
• Perform various administrative duties, including but not limited to:
+ Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
+ Payroll processing and management
+ Financial statement preparation and analysis
+ Record-keeping and data entry

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience in a nursing home or similar environment (Required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company information
