About the Role

\n

We are seeking experienced professionals to join US Tax Operations – Tax Documentation team. This role focuses on tax documentation, regulatory compliance, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced financial services environment.

\n

\n

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with a background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, as well as professionals with prior tax operations or financial services experience.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Investigate and resolve tax documentation and stakeholder queries.
\n
• Review and address allocation statements, changes in circumstances, and US indicia-related matters.
\n
• Support US tax withholding, reporting, and regulatory compliance activities.
\n
• Collaborate with Tax Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk, and other internal teams.
\n
• Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
\n
• Support strategic projects, business requirements documentation, and system testing.
\n
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining operational accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in tax operations or tax documentation.
\n
• Knowledge of US tax regulations, tax documentation, and compliance processes.
\n
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
\n
• Experience in banking, financial services, or investment operations is highly desirable.
