Digital Marketing & Print Communications Assistant Digital Marketing and Print Communications Assistant The Digital Marketing and Print Communications Assistant will work closely with the Advancement and Marketing Team and is responsible for updating and maintaining the organization’s website and mobile application, AI tool, digital forms, print materials and managing all print work for the school. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine site maintenance Monitor website traffic and report on data Troubleshoot basic technical issues Serve as the school’s point of contact for all inquiries related to the website and mobile app Process work orders for marketing, communications, and print work Assist with the development, implementation, and management of marketing strategies and initiatives Produce or copy edit marketing and communications collateral including forms and brochures Support faculty and parent portal updates Update campus marquee Operate all office equipment and printers, including the main marketing printer Assist with other tasks as needed Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field preferred Experience with CMS platforms Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop a plus Experience with Google and Microsoft Office Highly organized Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Exceptional communication and organizational skills How to Apply: Please submit a resume to the Executive Director of Advancement and Marketing, Robin Ritchey-Roy, at View email address on click.appcast.io . #J-18808-Ljbffr Iwacc
