- Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and progress.
- Document patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and strategies.
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards and facility protocols.
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license or certification.
- Proven experience in speech therapy, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills.
- Ability to work part-time hours regularly (25-30 hours/week).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
