What You'll Do Support student well-being: individual and group counseling for emotional, behavioral and social challenges Build collaborative partnerships: work with educators, parents and administrators to support student success Design tailored programs: create meaningful, evidence-based support for diverse student needs Champion inclusion and belonging: promote a positive school climate where every student feels seen and supported What You'll Bring A current NC license: LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT, or an associate license (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA).
