Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU

Role Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neuro ICU, responsible for providing specialized neurological critical care to critically ill patients with complex conditions such as traumatic brain injuries, stroke, hemorrhage, and neurosurgical post-operative cases. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed neurological assessments Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Ensure rapid clinical decision-making Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care during critical moments Maintain a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, working closely with neuro‑specialists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers Uphold safety, quality, and diversity principles to foster a safe environment and excellent patient experience Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with at least one year of acute nursing experience Current RN licensure and BLS certification required Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential Prior neurocritical care experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred Skills & Attributes Critical thinking Detailed neurological assessment skills Teamwork Compassion Ability to support patients and families through challenging health issues #J-18808-Ljbffr
