Janitorial Evening Floater

NSG, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable full-time janitorial cleaner/floater assigned to various locations throughout Greater Cincinnati. Must be able to work evenings Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. and the ability to work one required weekend day per month. Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check and MVR Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record in order to drive to multiple locations within the Greater Cincinnati area. Benefits/Compensation Rate of pay is $18.00/hour with weekly pay every Friday mileage reimbursement Company phone provided 401(k), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance Schedule Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. (40 Hours Per Week) + 1 weekend shift per month. Primary Duties Dusting Sweeping/Vacuuming Mopping Wiping down and/or disinfecting surfaces including restrooms Removing and disposing of trash/recycling Reporting any maintenance needs observed during working hours Preparing reports; collecting information and completing assigned reports Communicating between the management staff and other employees regarding concerns, areas of detail, or any other incidents Monitoring supply levels and reporting to management staff when orders are necessary Skills Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to interact cordially and professionally at all times with customers/co-workers Requirements Must have a valid driver's license. 2-3 years of cleaning experience.
