Salesforce AdministratorThe Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business objectives. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, drive user adoption, and ensure system performance, security, and data integrity. The administrator also provides user support, training, and ongoing enhancements to maximize platform value.This position may allow remote work for candidates who are not within commuting distance of an Axos office location.Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain Salesforce declarative customizations and automations, including Flows, validation rules, and page layoutsDevelop a deep understanding of Consumer and Commercial Banking operations to lead complex initiatives and integrations that enhance sales and service capabilitiesParticipate in all phases of the Agile project lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and change managementPerform core Salesforce administration activities, including: User and role management, reports and dashboards, and support of Agile workflowsManage nCino-specific platform functionality, including package maintenance, configuration, customization, LOS support, and banking system integrationsPromote adoption of Salesforce and nCino features through user training sessions, webinars, and documentationServe as a liaison between business users and IT by gathering requirements, performing business analysis, and providing day-to-day user support and troubleshootingPartner with Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, and other business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced business outcomesMonitor and analyze user adoption metrics; proactively address gaps through targeted training, communication, system enhancements, or collaboration with the nCino Business Systems AnalystCollaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful product releases, upgrades, and ongoing platform enhancementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree required2+ years of experience as a Salesforce AdministratorHands-on experience building custom reports and dashboardsExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudStrong understanding of data quality, governance, and data integrity best practicesAxos Employee Benefits May Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Sick Leave, 3 weeks' Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings PlanEmployee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed TradingAbout AxosBorn digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
