Complete Dental in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a passionate and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the vital link between patients and their path to a healthier, more confident smile — guiding them through treatment plans with care and clarity. Responsibilities:

Present and explain dental treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate manner

Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure efficient appointment flow and provider utilization

Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and communicate coverage details to patients

Discuss financial options, payment plans, and third-party financing to help patients move forward with care

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation within dental practice management software

Follow up with patients on pending or incomplete treatment plans to drive case acceptance

Collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient experiences

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a dental office or healthcare coordination role preferred

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance processes

Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude

Proven ability to discuss financials and close treatment plans with empathy and professionalism

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
