Warehouse ManagerWe're seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a small team and oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, managing inventory and logistics, ensuring safety compliance, and working collaboratively across departments to meet company goals. You'll be working closely with a small team (1–2 team members), and you'll be expected to lead by example in a hands-on role.Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Management & Supervision:Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and accuracyCollaborate with all departments to align warehouse operations with company needsSupport and assist team members in day-to-day functions as neededInventory Management:Oversee inventory tracking using Fishbowl Inventory systemMaintain accurate records and stock levels; communicate with purchasing and sales teamsConduct routine inventory audits and manage stock discrepanciesLogistics & Shipping:Manage incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely, accurate deliveryPerform and oversee quality checks on all sales and manufacturing ordersCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveriesOversee the proper handling, loading, and unloading of goods to avoid damageHealth & Safety Compliance:Enforce workplace safety policies and conduct regular safety inspectionsTrain staff on safety protocols, equipment usage, and emergency proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouseProcess Improvement:Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve warehouse operationsRecommend and implement best practices to reduce costs and increase productivityReporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, returns, and warehouse activityReport performance metrics and issues to senior managementTechnology Management:Use and maintain inventory management systems (experience with Fishbowl Inventory preferred)Identify and troubleshoot system or technology-related issuesCustomer Service:Resolve customer issues or complaints related to warehouse functionsEnsure a high level of accuracy and on-time fulfillment to maintain customer satisfactionPhysical RequirementsAbility to walk, stand, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularlyMinimal forklift usage; warehouse has sit-down and stand-up forklifts (forklift experience a plus, but not required)QualificationsPrevious warehouse management or supervisory experience preferredStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsProficient with inventory software (experience with Fishbowl Inventory is a strong plus)Ability to work independently and manage a small team effectivelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $22–$30/hour (depending on experience)Supportive work environment and small team dynamicOpportunities to improve and grow within the companyIf you're a proactive leader who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and making a difference, we want to hear from you.
