Position Summary We\'re looking for a detail-oriented US Bookkeeper who thrives on creating order from financial chaos and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely results. In this role, you\'ll be the trusted financial partner for multiple US-based clients, managing their day-to-day bookkeeping needs with precision and care. You\'ll work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment where your practical problem-solving skills and hands-on approach will make an immediate impact. Responsibilities Manage recurring weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients Categorize transactions in bank feeds and ensure accuracy Record monthly journal entries and perform other client-specific financial tasks Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required to support clients Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience with US-based clients is required Preferred: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience as a bookkeeper with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Expertise in QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting tools Familiarity with Google tools (e.g., Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) High proficiency in spreadsheet management and financial data entry A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial records Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interaction Friendly, professional demeanor, and a team player with a customer-centric mindset Ability to thrive in a remote, deadline-driven work environment with a strong sense of urgency Prior experience working remotely or in virtual teams is a plus Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary: $900 - $950 Benefits Paid time off such as PTO, sick days, and vacation days Employee recognition programs Other Schedule 4PM - 1 AM PH TIME #J-18808-Ljbffr
