What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested a free consultation, evaluate their project, educate them on our products, and guide them through a professional sales experience. Sales Responsibilities Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments Learn and execute the TORQ sales process Perform project inspections and measurements Present customized solutions and proposals Educate customers on our premium concrete coating systems Follow up with homeowners throughout the sales process Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity Team Development Participate in weekly coaching and training sessions Work alongside experienced sales professionals Represent the TORQ brand with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals with the right attitude and work ethic. Sales experience is helpful but not required.
