Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst to take on a newly created role for a well‑known client of ours that has several US locations -- this particular hire would ideally utilize their office in Minneapolis! This role is essential for their growth initiatives and will play a key part in the readiness for their desire to continue their expansion. The Senior Analyst will be a high‑visibility position with opportunities to interface with key leaders across the organization . Key Responsibilities Analyze the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Collaborate with leadership on a routine basis to achieve common goal Gathering data, identifying solutions to various upcoming areas of risk, and ultimately presenting your findings to leadership Ad hoc analysis projects as assigned Actively participate in financial system upgrades & implementation Develop a strong understanding of the firm's financial systems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field CPA/MBA preferred, but not required 5+ years of experience Experience working in a professional services organization is required Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environments Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with executives #J-18808-Ljbffr CarsonLynch Professional Search
