Job Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve skills and knowledge continuously.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Proven experience as a Contact Center Representative or similar customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Empathy and patience in dealing with diverse customer issues
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation details: 35-40 Hourly Wage
