We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care across long-term care and home health settings. This role will support a mixed patient population, including older adults and pediatric patients, while collaborating with a clinical supervisor, director of nursing, and physician-led care team. Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, are expected.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status and care needs.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Monitor and document vital signs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and caregivers on health conditions and care plans.
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years of registered nursing experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
