Project Geologist

WCG is looking for a self-motivated, career-oriented geologist with the ability to apply technical and critical thinking skills to meet our project demands and solve problems for our clients. We are looking for a team member with experience in groundwater monitoring well drilling and installation observation, lithologic logging, driller management, as well as geologic reporting and well permitting tasks. This position will also include periodic assistance with groundwater sampling, landfill gas probe monitoring, other media sampling and/or monitoring, general reporting and other field or office tasks as needed. The position is salaried with bonus opportunity and the work hours are targeting 45-50 hours per week, working approximately 20-30% in the field , with periodic out of town or out of state travel required based on drilling and/or field sampling schedules.
