Order Validation Specialist

The Order Validation Specialist is responsible for providing effective support to Sales and Operational departments throughout the company.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation: $19-$21/hr

Essential Duties:

• Maintain effective and timely communication between Order Entry, Account Analysts, and Operations as well as clients confirming pickup and delivery of orders.
• Make outbound calls to validate order information and requirements to ensure successful execution of client's needs.
• Answer calls and respond to emails
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Other duties as assigned by a manager.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to relate to a diverse population
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
• Completion of assigned tasks
• Personal responsibility to manage change
• Previous experience in administration or customer service with extensive public contact.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or completion of GED equivalent
• 1 year working experience in a related position
