Responsibilities:

• Crafting delicious and innovative cocktails that keep our customers coming back for more
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure we never run out of our customers' favorite spirits
• Training and supervising a team of talented bartenders to provide top-notch service
• Creating and updating our drink menu with seasonal specials and crowd-pleasing classics
• Ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol
• Providing friendly and attentive service to every customer who walks through our doors
• Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and stocked at all times
• Must be able to cook

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of different types of alcohol, mixers, and garnishes
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure setting
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
