About the Role This role is ideal for a clinician who: Loves couples and relationship work Thinks relationally and systemically Enjoys depth-oriented psychotherapy Values strong clinical thinking and conceptualization Appreciates collaboration and consultation Wants to continue refining their craft over time The position is primarily outpatient psychotherapy-focused and may include an intentional blend of: Couples therapy Individual therapy Premarital counseling Relationship-focused intensives or workshops Group offerings or psychoeducation (if interested) We are especially interested in clinicians who have pursued advanced training in couples therapy or relational treatment approaches, such as: Gottman Method Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Imago Relationship Therapy Relational Life Therapy (RLT) Attachment-focused or systemic models Other advanced relational or couples-focused approaches Advanced certification is not required, but a strong commitment to continued growth and specialization in couples work is highly valued.
