Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted; Charge Experience Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Medical Surgical / Remote Telemetry with diagnoses of diabetes, med/surg, post op, wound vacs, bariatrics Ratio / Census: 1:5-6; 33 beds with average daily census of 28 Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR Scrub Color: Navy Blue RTO: MAX 7 days RTO Blackout Dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th) Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere Floating: Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed Call Requirements: None Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
