Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wire Cutter to join a growing warehouse team in Hialeah Gardens, FL . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering accurate customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Weekdays | 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Responsibilities:

• Select, pull, and cut the correct type and length of wire according to customer specifications
• Verify the accuracy of all wire cuts before processing
• Log and track wire cuts within the warehouse management system
• Assemble customer orders and stage materials for shipping
• Label materials with the appropriate identifying information
• Weigh, count, and verify products to ensure order accuracy
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, production schedules, and shipping documents
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections when necessary
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the warehouse
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience cutting wire or working with electrical distribution products is a plus, but not required
• Ability to accurately read work orders and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
