Job Duties As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring member satisfaction and driving growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as the primary contact for members and potential clients. Responding quickly and effectively to inquiries through WeChat, email, chatbox, and phone. Maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term satisfaction. Managing after-sales service by addressing complaints and ensuring resolutions. Promoting membership sales and renewals through exceptional service. Supporting sales initiatives by coordinating marketing materials like promotional posters and videos. Assisting with registration, scheduling, payments, and class management. Keeping accurate client records and monitoring usage and renewals. Communicating any updates on class availability and membership offers. Collaborating with coaches and staff to ensure smooth class operations. Generating reports on client experiences and membership feedback. Job Requirements To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Service Management, or related fields.
