Senior Life Actuarial Product DevelopmentProduct and pricing partner to the business. Closer to a pricing and product partner than a modelling-heavy IC because strategic and cross-functional decisions matter as much as model construction.Senior Life actuarial product development role in Minneapolis, Minnesota, focused on Indexed Universal Life (IUL). You will design and price products, set assumptions, model profitability and sensitivities, apply SNFL, 7702 and AG 49 requirements, and advise cross-functional partners. The role is fully onsite and offers a $140,000-$240,000 base salary range plus incentive eligibility.Requirements:Must have:Four-year degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Engineering, or related fieldUS work authorization without requiring sponsorshipStrongly preferred:11+ years actuarial experience with background in life product development, including IULFellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA)Expertise with actuarial modeling platforms and pricing methodologiesAbility to translate technical modeling insights into clear product strategy recommendationsExperience applying SNFL, 7702, and AG 49 requirements within product design, modeling, and pricing frameworksExperience with underwriting program analysis and assessing impacts to mortality trendsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring long-term project success across cross-functional teamsSkills & Domain:Domain Life product development including IUL Indexed Universal Life pricing and modeling Standard Nonforfeiture Law (SNFL) experience Sections 7702 and AG 49 compliance Underwriting program analysis and mortality impact
