We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Financial Analyst to provide expert financial management support for a Department of Defense (DoD) program. As a Senior Business Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in managing financial planning, execution, reporting, and analysis while partnering with government stakeholders to ensure fiscal accountability and mission success. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support program planning and execution. Prepare and present accurate financial reports for government and program leadership. Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets throughout the fiscal year. Process and track funding documents, requisitions, and financial transactions. Analyze budget execution, obligations, expenditures, and funding utilization. Develop financial forecasts and recommend strategies to optimize resource allocation. Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial systems to manage and report financial data. Support financial audits, compliance reviews, and internal controls. Collaborate with program managers, contracting personnel, and government customers to ensure financial objectives are achieved. Identify financial risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies. Minimum Qualifications Minimum seven (7) years of experience performing financial analysis. Demonstrated experience in: Financial reporting Budgeting Requisitioning Financial forecasting Utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial software Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Required Qualifications Must have a active SECRET (interim clearance is acceptable) security clearance in the Defense Industrial Security System (DISS) and the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Sensitive/Compartmented Information (SCI) access. Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs. Familiarity with Navy financial management policies, processes, and appropriations. Experience with Navy ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, or similar financial management platforms.
