30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee’s Summit, MO is hiring Hosts to join our front of house team. We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy connecting with Guests and working as part of a busy restaurant team. As a Host at 30hop, you’ll help set the tone for each Guest’s visit by providing a welcoming first impression, managing the flow of the dining room, and supporting the front of house team throughout service. 30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day. Fully trained Hosts earn $13.74 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning. Schedule Part-time opportunities available Thursday-Sunday availability is needed Part-Time Benefits 25% dining discount for you and up to seven guests Employee Assistance Program offering six counseling sessions per issue, per year 25% discount at more than 25 Craft Concepts restaurants throughout Iowa, Omaha, Kansas City, and Missouri for you and one guest (Sunday-Thursday) Employee appreciation events and celebrations What You’ll Do Welcome Guests and create a friendly first impression Manage the waitlist and provide accurate wait-time estimates Seat Guests while helping maintain an efficient flow throughout the dining room Communicate with Servers and other team members about seating and Guest needs Answer phone calls and assist with Guest questions Help manage reservations and to-go orders as needed Keep the host stand, entryway, and other Guest-facing areas clean and organized Assist with resetting tables and preparing the dining room for incoming Guests Support food running and other front of house responsibilities when needed Work with teammates to keep service moving during busy periods Assist with opening and closing responsibilities Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Must be 16 years of age or older Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required Friendly and professional communication skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant Guest-focused attitude and willingness to help Ability to work well as part of a team *30hop Restaurant & Bar is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr 30hop, LLC
