SAP Fund and Grant Management Lead

Position: SAP Fund and Grant Management Lead

Duration: 6+ months
Location: Harrisburg, PA- Onsite

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fund and Grant Management Lead for a contract role on a greenfield S/4HANA project in Harrisburg, PA. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of SAP Fund and Grant Management solutions, ensuring they align with business processes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP Fund and Grant Management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and program managers, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Configuration and Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of the SAP Fund and Grant Management module, following best practices to optimize performance.
Process Mapping: Analyse existing fund and grant management processes and identify opportunities for enhancement through SAP functionalities.
Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to facilitate smooth system adoption.
Testing and Validation: Coordinate testing phases to ensure solutions meet business requirements and address any arising issues.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Fund and Grant Management, specifically with S/4HANA implementations.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP modules related to fund and grant management, financial accounting, and integration points.
Project Management: Proven ability to lead projects in a SAP environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP certification in Fund and Grant Management or relevant areas.
Experience with greenfield implementations of SAP S/4HANA.
