You’ll build relationships with ambitious clients, open new opportunities, and represent a firm of makers – people who design, engineer, and stay with the work until it’s real. Using your established U.S. network, you’ll open the market – working closely with our teams in Europe, as well as directly with KISKA’s top-level management, while building strong relationships locally. For the right person, this role has real room to grow: from building long-term partnerships to helping define what KISKA’s U.S. presence becomes. The end state is not fixed. You’ll help decide it. In this role you will… Drive business development in the U.S. market, focused on premium clients and complex briefs. Open doors with ambitious companies, founders, innovation teams, and global brands looking for a strategic partner. Grow and activate a strong client base across mobility, consumer electronics and technology, brand, product, and UX/UI design. Represent KISKA in-person at meetings, events, or wherever strong opportunities can be built. Proactively turn market signals into business opportunities for our teams. Connect client needs with our multidisciplinary offer: brand, strategy, design, and engineering. Guide relationships from first chat to briefing, pitch, proposal, and long-term deals. We are looking for… A business builder with entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in growing markets, accounts, client bases, or studios. Evidence of selling complex design or development engagements at senior and board level. Someone with a strong product design / experience design background – or the fluency to talk eye-to-eye with clients and creatives on this topic. A confident networker with existing connections in mobility, consumer electronics, technology, or brand. Leadership experience and the ability to work independently while staying connected with our teams in Europe and Asia. A strategic mindset with commercial instinct, curiosity, and courage to challenge assumptions. A natural communicator who loves meeting people and can lead senior-level conversations. A strong understanding of clients who are ahead on AI — and what that changes in how design work is bought. Willingness to travel: regularly within the U.S., periodically to Europe.
