Senior Talent Acquisition SpecialistMortenson is currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist that will serve as a trusted advisor to the hiring managers on talent acquisition to support business objectives and business relationships.Responsibilities:Act as Customer Relationship Manager for assigned business groupsDevelop and update staffing prioritiesConduct weekly customer relationship meetings and update staffing reportsSource and staff open positions, recruit diverse candidatesWork with hiring managers on recruitment and selection plansNegotiate and manage external recruiting resourcesConduct reference checks and establish employment offersDevelop talent sourcing approaches (direct recruiting, job fairs, internet recruiting)Refer team members to appropriate headquarters services (benefits, issue resolution, drug and alcohol-free program)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fieldMinimum seven years recruiting/HR experience or combination of higher education and experienceAbility to recommend hiring decisions to upper managementProficiency in PC and widely used software packages (Excel, MS Word, HRIS/database)Active listening skills and effective communication, openness to diverse input and feedbackAbility to travel up to 25%A few benefits offered include:Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverageDental plan401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson matchPaid time off, holidays, and other paid leavesEmployer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insuranceNo-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resourcesTuition reimbursementAdoption AssistanceGym Membership Discount Program**The base pay range for this role is $96,400 MIN - $144,700 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
