Reliability & System Health Engineer

Salary: $112,200 - 185,150 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• We require at least 4 years of related work experience, or an equivalent mix of technical education and experience
• For Level 4 consideration, we prefer 7 or more years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience
• We prefer an active Secret Clearance
• We prefer experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools such as Cameo or comparable platforms
• We prefer experience across the full systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements development, architecture, integration, verification, validation, and sustainment
• We prefer experience on DoD, aerospace, or military aircraft/platform programs
• We prefer experience using MATLAB for data analysis and/or modeling and simulation
• We require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
• We require U.S. Person status for export control compliance
• We require the ability to satisfy our Conflict of Interest assessment process

• We lead interdisciplinary efforts to plan, design, develop, and verify highly complex lifecycle-balanced system and system-of-systems solutions
• We guide evaluation of customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements, align technical parameters, and ensure compatibility across physical, functional, and program elements
• We lead analyses to optimize system architecture and ensure reliability, maintainability, and systems health to support mission success
• We develop designs and conduct research that produce improved requirements management methods or distinctive approaches that address assessment and review findings
• We create and implement strategic approaches that support program and business area decisions
• We may also provide systems engineering support in affordability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and system effectiveness
