What You'll Do

• Build relationships with local business owners

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential

• $75,000–$100,000+ in your first year

• $120,000–$160,000+ within three years

Bonuses

• $250–$3,000/month cash bonuses

• $2,000/quarter stock bonuses

Career Growth

• Market Director in 12–18 months (Avg. $200K+)

• Regional Director in 2–3 years (Avg. $400K+)
