Rehabilitation Nurse

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Rehabilitation Nurse, where you will provide specialized care to patients recovering from severe injuries and illnesses in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will work collaboratively to maximize patients' health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care for patients as they recover from conditions such as strokes, brain injuries, and orthopedic injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement appropriate rehabilitation plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, treatment options, and rehabilitation techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Nurse.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid RN license.

Schedule

This position is a night shift role, working from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
