Management Level:

Class 7

This position will train Team Members in all phases of Harvest/Processing and will complete paperwork in order to track the training of Team Members. It also requires leading knife skills and hand exercise classes as well as assisting in leading orientation for new hires. This Team Member must demonstrate good safety practices and train others to actively practice all policies and procedures. Work also requires other duties as assigned including filling in for other areas of the plant. All Tyson Team Members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety.

Requirements: Must be able to communicate effectively to all employees and management in order to properly train Team Members in their new positions. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Must have working knowledge of Processing/Harvest departments. Must have good knife skills. Must have a good safety record. Must be able to lead by example and promote policies and benefits in a positive manner.

Team members with 6 or more attendance points and or any suspension in the previous 12 months will not be considered
This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
