Retail Service SpecialistGreets the public by phone and in person and determines the nature of service required. Either provides requested services or directs them to the appropriate area. Provides DMV license services, processes transactions and resolves routine problems. Provides high level of customer service.Job DutiesProvides DMV services to the public; maintains current knowledge of DMV regulations and completes all transactions according to State DMV and Club procedures.Balances and reconciles cash drawer.Performs notary services in accordance with the National Notary Association and Club procedures.Performs other duties as assigned by manager or employee in charge.QualificationsHigh School GED Required1-3 years Customer service or related experience. PreferredBasic computer literacy and data input skills.Ability to deal well with the public required.Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks or assignments on a daily basis.Travel RequirementsOccasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences.
