We offer: * Competitive salary based on experience * Flexible scheduling that supports your lifestyle * One-on-one patient care with manageable caseloads * Mileage reimbursement (where applicable) * Supportive leadership and collaborative clinical team * Opportunity to help grow an expanding home health program * Professional development and career advancement opportunities * The satisfaction of making a lasting difference in your community every day What You'll Do Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will: * Deliver individualized physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care * Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, coordination, and functional independence * Provide gait training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise, and instruction in the safe use of assistive devices * Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs, fall prevention, and techniques that promote independence * Monitor patient progress, identify changes in condition, and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist * Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure outstanding patient outcomes What We're Looking For Qualified candidates will have: * Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program * Current New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing * Current CPR/BLS certification * Valid driver's license * Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance * Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills * Home health experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Why Home Health?
