GIS Analyst

Overview GIS Analyst — New Albany, OH Posted: 3/26/2026 Responsibilities Provide digitizing support for the Facilities and Pipeline department; interpret difficult legal descriptions and integrate other data to provide polygons as needed. Manage GID raster, vector, and tabular datasets to perform GIS analysis. Produce GIS graphics in both report and presentation forms. Utilize geographic information systems to create detailed maps; work as a team player and maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work activities. Qualifications Minimum of two years work experience utilizing ArcView 3.x, ArcView 9x and ArcView 10 and/or Arc/INFO software and AML programming. Skill knowledge of Unix, Arc/INFO, AML, Oracle, Windows, Excel, Avenue, ArcView, and related GIS products. Ability to interpret legal descriptions and integrate data to produce polygons.
