About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of HR to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive people strategy that is in line with the organization's business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employer branding, and the development of programs that support growth and compliance. This role also involves partnering with executives on organizational design, succession planning, and driving culture, employee engagement, and DEI programs. The VP of HR will oversee a range of HR functions, from compensation and benefits to employee relations, and will be expected to have a strong presence, influencing leaders and stakeholders at all levels. Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR experience, with a focus on senior executive leadership. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading organizational growth, transformation, and change initiatives, as well as deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance. The ideal candidate will be skilled in workforce analytics, HR systems, and data-driven decision-making, and will have a strong background in talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. A hands-on approach, strong leadership capability, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing HR teams are essential for this role.
