Data Management Manager

Leading the architecture and evolution of enterprise data platforms, the full-time remote Data Management Manager will oversee development efforts, manage projects within the Data Management group, and guide a team of Data Engineers in building robust solutions using Big Data technologies. Key responsibilities Lead the architecture, implementation, and support of enterprise data platforms, including Master Data Management solutions Define the technical direction for the MDM platform, focusing on data models, integration patterns, and data quality processes Provide leadership to data engineers and developers in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based data solutions Required qualifications BA/BS or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related disciplines 5+ years of experience designing cloud-based data solutions in Microsoft Azure or comparable platforms Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and modern enterprise data platforms Hands-on experience with Azure data technologies such as Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Databricks
