Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Opportunity: Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Details: * Full-time position with preference for 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days plus 1 eight-hour day per week * Provide anesthesia services in 8 operating rooms at a Level 3 trauma facility * Must be board certified with preference for Delaware licensure * BLS certification required * Expected to perform various types of surgery including cardiac, complete orthopedic, complex vascular, obstetrical, regional, and thoracic cases * General anesthesia for adult, neonatal, and trauma cases preferred * Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia expertise preferred * Experience with obstetrical cases, thoracic cases, complex vascular procedures, and complex orthopedic cases preferred * Pain management techniques including post-operative epidural and extremity blocks preferred * Epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions preferred * X-ray guidance for block procedures preferred * Ventilation management and acute volume/blood pressure management experience preferred * Central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement skills preferred Facility: This healthcare system operates multiple medical facilities providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community.
