B2B Collections Consultant III

Job Title: Collections Consultant III Job Location: Boca Raton, FL Contract Duration: 6+ months Job Description: The role typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Responsible for initiating calls to delinquent customers to collect payments and settle accounts in a business-to-business environment. Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent with 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Applicants should have experience in working with mainframe computers and be skilled in the use of Excel. Keyboarding skills are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr TPI Staffing Inc.
